Tiny air bubbles inside your cup may appear after its exciting adventure through the shipping universe. These little bubbles are perfectly normal, totally harmless, and, while very on-brand for bubbles, not valid reasons for a replacement.

Because each item is custom-crafted especially for you , we’re unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or returns once your order has been placed. Your item begins its journey the moment you click “purchase,” and at that point it’s basically destiny.

Damages & Issues

When your order arrives, please give it a quick once-over, preferably with dramatic flair. If something is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, let us know right away so we can fix it. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement or refund. We don’t enjoy strict deadlines, but this one keeps things running smoothly.
